The monthly meeting to follow up the activities of the local support organization of the east region for the month of August took place on the 30th of August 2017 at Hotel ADAM in Dimako.

It was an occasion for the participants to evaluate the progress made in the advancements of field activities carried out by the local support organisations, identify obstacles encountered in the council planning process and seek lasting solutions.

Operational methods employed by the different actors were equally harmonized during the meeting and recommendations given to the actors to help ameliorate their field works.
The meeting was placed under the auspices of the East regional.
